Whale Pot Bay - Part 2

Listen to Chapter 2. Make sure you have headphones so you can listen independently. This week I would like you to make a doodle while your listening. When you have finished listening can you take a photo of your doodle and share your doodle on padlet  http://padlet.com/jrobson/whalepotbaychpt2. If you do the doodle on A4 your teacher may scan it on the photocopier for you. Check with your teacher.Next choose one or two discussion topics and record your thoughts in the comments below.

    I think that jack should not keep secrets from his dad. i think it was sad and interesting at the same time. also did they leave because of him???

    Milton Summer was watching Jake surf. Jake should trust Milton because he looks responsible to me.

    The song that Steph likes, Laughter in the air is special to her because after she had a car crash that destroyed her legs and killed her dad she felt so horrible she wanted to die but when Vicky introduced the song Laughter in the air to her she took a liking in it and seemed to get better coming across as the song helped in a way to cure her making it special.

    I don't think children should keep secrets from their parents because it might just lead them to trouble and they might get hurt or injured.
