    There seems to be a bit missing in the part between when he is told about Vicy and Steph coming over and when they come over.

      Yes I can, The part that was missed out is after when he starts thinking that they won't like Hauruanui. It goes like this...

      Jake starts imagining their reactions starting with this,
      he believes as they drive up the girl is going to be nagging her mum, when are we there yet, when are we there yet and so on, then the mother will eventually get sick of the girl nagging and stop for coffee, next she orders a mocha and finds that the shop only has expired milk and only make lattes so she just goes without. Halfway to Jake's house they decide to go home because the car is getting dirty from the windy roads. So in Jake's imagination they never come to his house at all.

    Jake is feeling uncomfortable about the visitors because Vicky and Steph are acting like they intend to stay. Steph thinks that she is going to see the pop star Milton Summer more often and Vicky and Dad are acting like something else may be going on behind the scenes.

    I would like to live in Hauruanui because it sounds like a nice friendly place to stay and it sounds quite a cool place because its got a different name than the other names and you could outdoor stuff

    Q.1) Hauruanui is not a really poor town but it is a really remote place so there is not all the really fancy shops and malls. Jake's mum is more a city person than a country person. (^_^")

    Hauruanui is like a remote place. Its farmland and their is no shops,cafe, malls, shopping complexes, basically country. I know this because the mum said to the father that she didnt want to stay in Hauruanui because of the missing shops, cafes, malls, and shopping complexes.

    Hauruanui is a place that doesn't have enough technology and I would not like to live there because I like a lot of technology and Hauruanui as I said it doesn't have any technology.

    1. Hauruanui is a type of place where it is the opposite of the city, where you have no technology and no shops or malls. I knew this because it said in the beginning of Chap. 1, which is why Jake's mum left. ( - _ - )

    2. I think Jake are feeling uncomfortable with the visitors since they sort of "Barged in" when Jake thought that it was just fine with his dad. In addition, he felt annoyed that his dad was acting more different than usual. . . ( > - <)

    Stephanie's weird walking habit is SO CREEPY!!!

    Here's my opinion:

    If Stephanie is EVIL, (BWAHAHAHAHAHA aaa cough cough cough CHOO) she should be PERFECT (Well done again!) as to disguise herself.

    But hey, I'm just a starter critic!
