Chapter 7

 Must do activities 1 and 7.
Choose between 3 or 4.
Select 1 more activity to do.

 1. Create a news article or item on Pimi’s incident. Use what you know from the story to create an accurate account of the events. Present as a newspaper article or a TV news story. You can work by yourself or with a buddy. (Megan & Ella) *
2. Research any two types of whale and do a comparison between the two whales you have chosen. This could be presented in the form of a venn diagram. (Hoyi)
3. Make a simulation of a fish finder on grid paint  URL:  http://grid-paint.com/ Make sure to have pimi on the finder and if you do not know what fish finder look like, search it up! (Ella & Jessica Z)
Watch this video how to find fish.
4. Create a fish finder on scratch. Similar to activity 3 however this sonar simulation will be animated. Mr Robson will be available for helping on this one. You will need to book a time with him. You will also need to watch the above video.


5. Create your own audio recording of the part you like best in this chapter. Have different people read out the parts of different characters. You will need to write a script. You could add music and sound effects. (Megan and Hoyi)

6. Create a poem, song or rhyme about Pimi. Share it using this padlet link. http://padlet.com/jrobson/pimi
